A terrifying image is making the rounds online, showing strange, round marks and wounds on a baby’s legs. Many parents are asking: What is causing these injuries?
Experts believe these kinds of marks could be from:
Burns from heated objects left nearby
Reaction to insect bites or allergic skin contact
Serious skin infections or neglected wounds
Signs of abuse or neglect
IMPORTANT: If your child shows round, raised, or blister-like marks, do NOT ignore them. These could lead to permanent scarring or even deeper infections if left untreated. In some cases, what looks like a small issue might be a sign of something much more dangerous.
