Four Lives Lost in Seconds — Petrol Station Erupts Into Apocalyptic Blaze

This is the horrifying moment a petrol station in Dagestan, Russia, erupted in flames after a massive explosion killed four people and forced terrified locals to run for their lives.

According to officials, the blast was triggered when a gas cylinder depressurised during refuelling operations. Within seconds, a fireball engulfed the entire station, followed by an even larger explosion that sent debris flying into the sky.

Footage filmed by shocked residents shows black smoke rising for miles and terrified families evacuating their homes. The explosion was so strong that locals described the ground shaking like an earthquake.

Emergency services rushed to the scene, battling the inferno as fires continued to rage. Four people suffered severe burns and were taken to hospital, but tragically all lost their lives.

The gas station and nearby shops were left decimated, with charred remains scattered across the village of Sulevkent. Witnesses said the apocalyptic blast was visible from several kilometers away. This is not the first deadly explosion in Dagestan. In August 2023, a similar petrol station blast killed 35 people and injured over 100 others, sparking outrage over safety failures in the region.

“It was like the end of the world,” one survivor said. “People were hugging each other and running as the flames grew higher.”

The Dagestan prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the tragedy.
