Former President Donald Trump has launched a fiery attack on Joe Biden, claiming that several executive orders and presidential pardons issued during Biden’s final year in office are “completely invalid”—because they were signed using an autopen, not by Biden himself.
Trump alleges that Biden was so mentally checked out, he didn’t even know what he was signing.
“These so-called ‘pardons’ granted to political cronies and the Unselect Committee are VOID, VACANT, and carry NO legal weight,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Biden didn’t sign them, didn’t understand them, and probably never even read them. This is a cover-up!”
Among those allegedly “pardoned without consent,” according to Trump supporters, are names like Liz Cheney, Hunter Biden, Dr. Fauci, and General Mark Milley.
But Trump didn’t stop there.
In a bold move, Trump revoked the security clearances of dozens of high-level Biden-era officials—including Biden himself. His reasoning? National security risk.
“I hereby revoke any and all access to classified intelligence for Joe Biden and his inner circle. If they’re not competent to manage a microwave, they shouldn’t have access to nuclear codes,” Trump stated.
He referenced the Hur Report, which questioned Biden’s memory and cognitive ability, claiming it proved Biden was “mentally unfit” to handle sensitive information—even back in his prime.
“JOE, YOU’RE FIRED. You set the precedent in 2021. I’m just finishing the job,” Trump declared, revving up his base with his signature “Make America Great Again” close.
